The Muslim Women’s Civic Empowerment Program kicked off its newest cohort in the Bronx with an orientation session welcoming a new group of Muslim women ready to strengthen their voices in civic life. Over the coming months, these fellows will build leadership skills, deepen their understanding of advocacy, and work on community-focused civic engagement projects that contribute to the fabric of New York City.
