On November 20th, we partnered with Center for Anti Violence Education to provide a self-defense workshop for their female students. At MCN, we are committed to providing programming that helps to educate community members about their rights and empower them in addressing issues they are facing. As a result of this workshop, students reported feeling equipped with the skills they need to defend themselves should a harmful situation arise.
