Faraz Siddiqui’s Biography

Faraz Siddiqui is a finance major at Baruch College who brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to everything he does. As the oldest son in a Pakistani immigrant household, Faraz grew up balancing school, work, and family responsibilities. While his parents navigated life in a new country, he stepped up as their interpreter, paperwork expert, and reliable go-to for everything from food stamp and Medicaid applications to tax filings and official mail. That early experience made him dependable, detail-oriented, and deeply empathetic—qualities that continue to guide him today. Born in the U.S., Faraz feels fortunate to have access to opportunities his parents never had, and he doesn’t take them for granted. That’s why he works hard—not just for himself, but to set an example for his younger brother and support those around him. Outside of work and school, you’re likely to find him in the gym weightlifting or at a rock-climbing wall, always chasing the next challenge. He’s passionate about growth in all forms—financial, mental, and physical—and believes in staying grounded, grateful, and committed to helping others rise.
