Fellows from MCN's MYNYC joined youth from 67Clergy on a culturally interactive trip throughout NYC to learn more about the different cultures and communities that make up NYC. Throughout the day we visited each of the boroughs and visited: a Synagogue in the Bronx, Snug Harbor in Staten Island to learn about Calligraphy, were led on a tour throughout lower Manhattan by Black Gotham Tours to learn about a historic slave revolt, heard from a panel of different faith based leaders at Elhaam Academy, and took a salsa dancing class in Brooklyn.
